Very unprofessional been loyal to these guys for years and the first time that I had an issue with some work that they did true colors were shown. The technician said that he would take care of the issue over the phone but later when i came to get my car he said "because it was involving too much work they refused to honor their word" wow. I asked to speak with the owner so he could at least listen to the two voice recordings that I had from when they called me letting me know what the issues were and instead of doing that the technician went around the corner to talk on the phone with the owner and then came back and told me that the owner said that they did nothing wrong and for me not to come back. I was nothing but polite and courteous to the technician and I'm disappointed that the owner didn't even want to speak with me in reference to what my discrepancy was. Very one-sided but I'm glad I recorded all conversations and even video my interaction when I came in to pick up the vehicle. I will say Good for cheap used tires

Today my dad and I came up here to get my tire fixed and immediately the man in the photo yelled at My dad while he was pulling in the entry way saying that he needed to move his truck. Then he pointed at me and said “you go over there” as he pointed to the family dollar parking lot. I yelled back “you need to watch how you talk to people.” There’s a way you talk to PAYING customers and that wasn’t it. Usually we come here and have a great experience, but the guy with the attitude ruined it for us. Hopefully you all will restore the customer service that you had before, until then.. we won’t be back.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I use to get tires from there before. I went last week to get a tire put on. And there was no where to park . Two men were so nasty telling me I was blocking the entry way. I told the guy I was trying to find some where to park. They were so nasty the way they talk to me saying to park where the family dollar is at and they would call for me. I never heard someone talk that bad to a customer. Never will they get my business . I went somewhere else.

I took it there and got three good used tires. They were real good at that but when I told them I needed a front end alignment they thought I was made of money. They wanted to replace my lower ball joint and the control arm they said it was bad. I told them to back it out. I took it to Cavalier Garage and they said that my lower ball joint and my control arm was not bad, so they did the front end alignment. Barry Lee's tires is good at used tires but don't let them work on anything mechanical

Last time I went there is the last time I'm going there. It was September 2025. The two gentlemen that I usually deal with was always kind. This interaction was a younger guy. First of all he was aggressive removing the tire off of my vehicle. Then he threw a bad tire onto the car. When I came back 2 days later because I told him when I pulled off the lot I heard a winding sound. He knew it was a bad tire but noHe knew it was a bad tire but no. He said it was a big nail and let me tire and he patched it and did me a favor. In a very demeaning way all the time which is unprofessional. I was hoping that the slim guy that does the tires and the alignments was going to work on my car because he's always very polite and will call you aside to show you what's going on with your tire tread. But nope, I got the younger guy who possibly may be the manager twice. Week three I went to BJ's cuz I was going to replace the tire anyway. They showed me where the used tire I got from Barry Lee should never been placed on a vehicle and said thank goodness you weren't traveling because that's a dangerous tire. Explain the term cupping to me. And they also showed me there was no patch in the tire. So
